生效日期：2026 年 10 月 5 日；适用范围：Google Play 上发布的 Love Plants / 爱花草 Android 应用（包名：com.aiyouhuo.ihuacao.googleplay）。本应用由广州市爱悠活信息科技有限公司运营。
本政策说明我们为提供植物记录、养护提醒、帐号和客服功能而处理的数据。Google Play 包的 SDK 和功能披露独立于国内发行包，但帐号删除是帐号级操作：如果同一帐号曾在国内 Android 或 iOS 使用，删除请求也覆盖该帐号在其他版本产生的关联数据。
当您注册或使用帐号时，我们会处理您提供的帐号信息（例如邮箱、昵称和经过保护的登录凭据）。当您使用植物记录和提醒功能时，我们会处理您主动创建的植物资料、养护计划、备注、提醒设置和您选择上传的照片。为保障服务运行与安全，我们还可能处理与帐号关联的设备/应用版本、操作系统、网络请求时间和必要的故障诊断信息。
应用会生成一个随机的应用实例标识，并随常规服务请求发送，用于关联设备会话和保障服务运行；它不是广告标识符或手机硬件序列号。如果您手动选择地区，我们会处理该地区信息以提供地区展示及相关植物、天气功能。您在应用内搜索、关注花友、收藏或完成养护操作时，我们会处理对应的搜索词、关注关系和操作记录，以提供您请求的功能；您发送的客服反馈及后续回复也会作为往来内容处理。
搜索词会随查询请求发送至我们的服务器；服务器访问日志可能记录包含搜索词的请求地址，用于服务安全与故障排查，并按日志维护规则轮转。因此不能把搜索词视为仅在内存中瞬时处理。
我们使用这些信息来验证和保护帐号、同步和展示您的植物记录及照片、安排您请求的提醒、回复客服反馈、排查故障和防止滥用。我们不会出售您的个人数据，也不会将其用于基于敏感个人数据的广告定向。
Google Play 8.0.3（80004）及后续版本不集成或初始化 Firebase Analytics、Firebase Crashlytics，也不向这些 SDK 转发事件；当前使用爱花草自有统计。启动提示用于告知，不是统计开关：同意、拒绝、未回答或旧版保留的选择均不启停自有统计。调试构建不会启用生产遥测。
爱花草自有使用统计在适用的正式客户端中运行，不受服务端采集或抽样开关控制。服务端收到的统计信息包括随机安装标识、应用版本、标准化页面类别、事件时间和时长，并根据连接 IP 推断国家及省级地区。安装标识经 HMAC 处理后保存，用于区分同一安装的统计记录；这是去标识化标识，不代表数据无法关联到同一安装或完全匿名。统计事件不含帐号 ID、植物资料、照片、搜索词或完整页面地址；统计事件库不保存原始 IP，也不使用手机定位权限。原始事件最多保留 120 天，内部分析接口只提供汇总数据。隐私问题或数据请求请联系 liangguangzhi@ayouhuo.com。统计采集不影响照片上传、登录、植物记录、提醒或其他已有功能。
历史内测版本 8.0.2（80003）曾包含 Firebase SDK；尚未升级的旧安装仍可能按该版本的实现处理使用统计。移除新版 SDK 不会自动删除此前已经传送的数据或云端项目。此前关联的 Google Analytics 属性设置为事件数据保留 2 个月、用户数据保留 14 个月，并在新活动时重置用户保留期；此历史设置不代表新版继续采集，也不等于帐号数据删除期限。旧版 Firebase 的处理说明见 Firebase 隐私与安全说明。如需处理历史数据，请通过下方联系方式提出请求。
我们保留阿里云对象存储（OSS）作为照片存储服务。Google Play Android 包集成的组件是阿里云计算有限公司提供的对象存储（OSS）Android SDK 2.9.21，用于上传您主动选择的照片，并支持植物照片的保存和后续展示。
厂商说明：阿里云对象存储 SDK 隐私政策、SDK 合规使用指南。有关我们处理的照片及关联数据的保存和帐号删除，请参阅第 5、6 节；隐私问题可通过第 7 节的联系方式提出。
此 Google Play 包不初始化腾讯广告、阿里百川或定位 SDK，也不请求位置权限。它不提供应用内购买或 Google Play Billing；如未来功能或数据处理发生实质变化，我们会先更新本政策和应用内告知。
您主动上传的照片会通过 HTTPS 传送至阿里云 OSS 进行持续存储，而不是上传完成即清除的临时数据。保存照片用于您后续查看植物记录和照片；相关帐号删除范围和处理期限见第 6 节。照片存储在阿里云不会改变您在应用内设置的花园可见范围；您选择公开的花园或花友内容可能按应用内公开设置向其他用户展示。
应用与我们的服务端之间也使用 HTTPS。阿里云会因上述上传和存储接收照片及请求信息，其 SDK 信息处理目的见第 4 节。我们不会出售您的个人数据，并采取合理的技术和管理措施保护数据；任何联网服务都无法保证绝对安全。
您可在应用内打开“帐号”并选择“删除帐号”。帐号会立即停用；帐号资料、植物记录、提醒、上传照片、设备关联和客服反馈等关联数据会在请求后的 30 天内永久删除。该删除请求覆盖同一帐号在爱花草全部发行版本中的关联数据。

Effective date: October 5, 2026. This policy applies to the Love Plants Android app distributed on Google Play, package com.aiyouhuo.ihuacao.googleplay, operated by Guangzhou Aiyouhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. Account deletion is account-level and covers associated data created by the same account in other Love Plants / 爱花草 distributions.
The app generates a random app-scoped identifier and sends it with ordinary service requests to associate app sessions and operate the service; it is not an advertising ID or hardware serial number. If you select a region, we process that region for location-based displays and relevant plant or weather features. We process searches, following relationships, favourites, care-completion actions, and your support conversations when you use those features. Content you choose to make public may be shown to other users according to the in-app visibility settings.
Search terms are sent to our server with search requests. Server access logs may record request URLs containing those terms for security and troubleshooting and are rotated under our log-maintenance rules; search terms are not treated as memory-only, ephemeral processing.
We process account details, plant records, reminders, notes, voluntarily uploaded photos, and limited device/service diagnostics to provide and secure the app. Google Play version 8.0.3 (80004) and later do not include or initialize Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics, or forward events to those SDKs. Current versions use our own usage analytics. Accepting, declining, leaving the startup notice unanswered, or retaining an old choice does not turn this collection on or off. Debug builds do not enable production telemetry. The Google Play build does not initialize Tencent Ads, Alibaba Baichuan, or location SDKs, and it does not offer in-app purchases.
The app is operated by Guangzhou Aiyouhuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. One informational privacy notice is presented at startup. Our own usage analytics runs on supported release builds without server-side collection or sampling switches. Acknowledging the notice and any legacy accept or decline value do not control collection. The app currently has no in-app analytics toggle. Our servers may collect a random installation identifier, app version, standardised screen category, event time, and duration and derive country and province from the connection IP address. The installation identifier is HMAC-processed before storage so records from the same installation can be grouped; it is pseudonymous and should not be understood as fully anonymous or impossible to link to one installation. Analytics events do not contain account IDs, plant content, photos, search terms, or full URLs, and the analytics event collection does not store the raw IP address. Raw events are retained for up to 120 days; the restricted internal analysis API returns aggregates only. Contact liangguangzhi@ayouhuo.com with privacy questions or data requests. Historical internal-testing version 8.0.2 (80003) contained Firebase SDKs; old installations that have not upgraded may still process usage statistics according to their implementation. Removing the SDKs from new versions does not automatically erase previously transmitted data or cloud projects. The previously linked Google Analytics property retained event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months, resetting user-data retention on new activity. This historical configuration does not mean that new versions collect Firebase data and is separate from account deletion. See Firebase's privacy information for the historical service. We retain Alibaba Cloud Object Storage Service (OSS) for photo storage. The Google Play Android app includes the OSS Android SDK 2.9.21 from Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. to upload the photos you select and support their storage and later display.

Uploaded photos are stored persistently in Alibaba Cloud OSS for later viewing of your plant records and photos; they are not erased immediately after the upload. Storage in Alibaba Cloud does not change your in-app garden visibility settings. Content you choose to make public may be shown to other users according to those settings. The account-deletion scope and timeline below include associated uploaded photos.
Data sent between the app and our servers also uses HTTPS. Alibaba Cloud receives photos and request information for the upload and storage described above; its SDK processing purposes are disclosed in the preceding section. We do not sell your personal data. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request deletion in the app under Account > Delete account, or use the external account-deletion page. We disable access promptly and permanently delete associated account data within 30 days, subject only to narrowly necessary anonymised records retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or public-content obligations.
