请登录后前往“帐号”页面，选择“删除帐号”，阅读提示并完成二次确认。帐号会立即停用，所有设备会话会失效。
请使用帐号绑定的邮箱联系 liangguangzhi@ayouhuo.com，说明需要删除爱花草帐号。我们会通过回邮或其他适当方式核验请求人与帐号的关系，再创建删除请求。
请不要发送密码、验证码、完整付款信息或其他不必要的敏感资料。无法完成合理验证时，为保护帐号安全，我们可能要求补充必要的验证信息。
帐号资料、植物记录、养护计划、提醒、备注、上传照片、设备关联、消息、关注关系、访问记录、客服反馈和其他仅属于该帐号的关联数据，会在请求后的 30 天内永久删除。请求受理后帐号会立即停用。
法律、税务、争议处理、防欺诈、安全或公共内容义务确需保留的少量记录，会移除帐号关联信息，仅在必要期限内受限保存。保留范围不会扩大到其他用户，也不会恢复已删除的帐号。

This page applies to all Love Plants distributions, including domestic Android, Google Play Android, and iOS. In the app, open Account, select Delete account, read the notice, and confirm twice.
If you cannot access the app, contact liangguangzhi@ayouhuo.com from the email associated with your account. We will verify the request and then create the deletion request. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment details.
Access is disabled promptly. Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except for narrowly necessary anonymised records retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or public-content obligations.
